For many years I have worked at many capacities in Real Estate. I've worked with several companies in the area of development, construction, and acquisition. I am now running the sales department of our development and construction teams. As our company expands its services, I'm doing what I'm most passionate about; selling the end product! I was born and raised in San Jose, California, but have traveled extensively. I studied in Madrid, Spain and learned about its history, architecture and art. I hold a Doctorate in International Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. Previous to real estate, I worked as a professor at California State Northridge in the department of Chicano Studies. Much like teaching, I view real estate as a "helping" profession in which I serve as a facilitator, educator, and support to my clients in all aspects of the real estate process. He received a Bachelor's degree of Science in Structural Engineering from Sharif University of Technology Tehran, Iran He also has practical experience in many different disciplines of Civil Engineering such as: project management, laboratory and field investigations, rock and soil slope stability analysis, shoreline processes and protection measures, pavement analysis and design, earth dams, shallow and deep foundations, shoring walls and tieback anchor systems, groundwater development/dewatering, engineering feasibility studies, distress investigations, and grading and construction monitoring programs.

Saul is the president of Ground Zero Construction as well as the Development Company. His career started just after he graduated from UC Berkeley. In 1988, he founded a facility maintenance companycalled Sharp Landscaping and Maintenance. Shortly after, he developed, owned and constructed his first commercial project. These early ventures set the fertile ground for a twenty five year career in Construction and Development. Saul aggressively entered the speculative real estate markets and built many luxury homes in the exclusive areas of Los Gatos, Saratoga, Almaden Valley, Carmel and Pebble Beach. Early success catapulted him into larger commercial, residential subdivision and multi family projects. In addition to development, he received a General Contracting License, along with a variety of specialty licenses in other sub-trades. This aspect allows Ground Zero the ability to self perform in many of the project trades, allowing flexibility to fill any voids left by subcontractors that either can not meet the deadline or project budget.
